I am a Professor of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Aarhus University. I lead a group studying genes regulating the development of nitrogen fixing root nodules and mycorrhiza formation in legumes. Key research areas in our group include: Plant-microbe interactions; Receptors involved in endosymbiosis; Signal transduction processes in plants; Plant genes and small RNAs regulating root nodule development; Legume seed development; Carbohydrate signal in symbiosis and plant development.
